Patching walls in Challenger?

So, we are loving the new Challenger 37LX but DW wants additional items hung up or slightly moved. The issue is there may be the unsightly hole after the move. How does one go about patching the holes so they look good?

1. want to move the thermostat out a little so it is more accurate (currently doesn't get very accurate reading)
2. want to change picture that came with unit with a smaller picture.
3. want to add/move towel racks in the bathrooms.

TIA
