Left side lower than right side of ACE

Does any one know why the left side of our Rv sits about 2 inches lower than the right side? This difference is noticeable when comparing the most left side of the rear bumper to the most right side of the rear bumper.
This is while the weight is on the tires (not on the jacks).

Could the left side shocks be fatigued from having to accommodate the weight of the left side slide-out (which is a full length slide-out) ? There is no slide-out on the right side.

Replace shocks? Or what?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Neil
