Ford said they wouldn't cover alignment on my new 2015 Citation I purchased in August. It was pulling to the right. I called Motor Home Specialists of Alvarado Texas who sold it to me. Got a call from Gordon in customer service. He told me Ford used to cover it, but not any more. He said have it aligned and send me the bill and I'll cut you a check.
I took it to Lone Star Alignment in Savoy Texas. I've used them before and was very satisfied with their work. Lone Star said the alignment was so far out they couldn't align it. They would have to install new bushings. That, of course, would require taking the front end apart.
I called Gordon. He said no problem. Lone Star completed the job. Drives great. $650.00. Got a check from Gordon in the mail yesterday.
I'm a happy guy.
