For both our Axis and our old 5th wheel: I would take a standard bottle of water (the kind you get in cases at the store), empty the bottle of water into the tank (no use wasting it) then using a pocket knife cut about a 2" hole in the side of the bottle. Then I use that bottle as the funnel to go into the water tank (for these two campers the top of the bottle fits pretty snugly against the water fill). Pour the bleach into the hole on the side of the bottle as you hold it against the camper.

Then I simply recycle the water bottle when done (don't have to worry about sanitizing a funnel at the same time).
