I am pretty sure the Outlaw sits on a Ford F53 chassis. If that is correct, you can do the Cheap Handling Fix (CHF) on both your front and rear sway bars yourself.

I just completed it on my 2017 Challenger and it definitely made a big difference. There are a million threads but here is the most recent one with basic info.
