There is no rotation to that spout, it's just a straight shot. I did go under the rig and use some of those large zip ties and some nylon strapping to elevate the pipe about 2" higher and I still have enough slope for it to drain well. Funny thing...I was able to get the schematics for my unit from Thor, and it shows another valve between my gray and black tanks but it's not there???? I guess they decided not to put it in and didn't list the change on the build sheet. I believe the height I have it at now will be okay.
