The 31Z is the new floorplan claimed to have large compartment for bikes and kayaks. I found a video and it seems very similar to the compartment on older motorhomes like the Hurricane and Windsport 30Q, except that it "may" be a little taller -- it's hard to say. Depending on bike size it may fit standing up minus the front wheel.
Unlike some other previous Thor motorhomes, they did not lower the chassis extension to make even more vertical space for bikes or possibly a small scooter.
