Was taught to grease a suspension with wheels hanging... and I do that with an oil change...
Leveling jacks to raise front wheels - park ramps under front wheels (still hanging but touching the ramps at whatever height they are at) and jack stands under frame/axle - then easily crawl under to change oil and grease the suspension.
