Lightbulb Cold weather vs battery start

Once again our 2013 Thor will not start as explained by dealership during this latest cold snap. Among other issues we have had with this vehicle, valves and seals breaking during summer use, loss of use due to timely repair work, water heater valves sticking, water pump breaking....on and on, the biggest frustration is the battery. As per their directions when first purchased in 2012, we start it every week during winter. We make sure all other switches are off as to not drain the battery, yet each winter, we have the same outcome in January, clicking battery showing a 60 percent charge and even with emergency start button, still no start. Sure, I can pull the big V8 vehicle we own next to it to jump start, but my biggest fear is that this may occur during summer use when I am by myself. I have the road service and the seven year warranty, but that doesn't mean diddly if you are out where your phone service does not work.

Just venting, thanks for reading. Not sure if anything can help as the dealership who should be the expert apparently doesn't know their stuff.
