One thing we're getting used to is the time it takes for a repair. With a first year RV, the dealer has to diagnose the problem, get authorization from Thor, order the part, and then install. Seems like the three time it's been in since we purchased, each time it takes 4-6 weeks to get finished. The dealer is great though about letting us come get it for a weekend trip in the middle of a repair..

It's been something to get used to for us.. but I don't think that's a Thor specific issue...
