Weird smell in compartment on Coach

We have a 2015 Thor Motor Coach 36mq. We came to Arizona in November, 2014 and have been living in a Park Model. I have the Coach in storage that I go to every 3 weeks to run the engine, generator, air conditioners, lights, and anything else that I can think of. I have already taken the Coach to Cummings and got the recall fixed. When I did, I took it back to storage and smelled a weird smell back by the tires. I thought it was something rubbing on the tires and found nothing. The next time I went out to run the Coach, after about an hour, I checked on the smell and it was not the tires but I opened up the last compartment on the door side and the smell was stronger. After I shut off the engine, I started to check all of the wiring but have not found anything. I did notice that the fan in the left side of the compartment was not running when the engine was on. I have given up trying to find it , does anyone have any ideas to check for?

Thanks

Fritz
