Miramar Owner Senior Member Brand: Thor Motor Coach Model: Miramar 34.4 State: Iowa Posts: 796 THOR #4488	I don't think anyone was referring to the main awning when they said "billow and retract". That is in reference to the slide awnings only. My main awning will handle brief gusts by it's design (lateral arm) but for extended high winds I always bring it in. __________________
