Our AC died on us last month, paperwork was submitted (then resubmitted), approved, parts were ordered and it is being replaced under warranty this coming Friday.
A tech did say a good AC shop can find the leak and install the needed valves for refilling...something for down the road if ever it happens again and we are out of warranty.
