Coach AC suddenly went off

Preparing for my trip south next week, I went out to check the Coach AC in my 2017 Thor ACE with less than 3000 miles. The AC seemed to be working fine, but then after 20 minutes or so, it suddenly stopped. I checked the thermostat and saw that it was several degrees away from the cut off point but to be sure I moved the temperature slide to the lowest setting, but still no AC.
Next I checked the fuse box and nothing was tripped so I went back to the thermostat and turned the unit off, waited a few seconds, then turned it back on again, and it worked! Turned out to be no real problem, I guess, but I don't know what caused this to happen and because I anticipate some warm early June Florida temperatures, I'd like to know what caused the shut-off. Does anyone have any ideas? The coach is brand new and other than a quick check during the walk through, the AC has not been used before now.
Thanks!
