I would say it depends on how hard you are driving the coach. If you live in a area of flat land and possibly not towing anything, I would change it around 10K miles with a good synthetic. I on the other hand, live in AZ and I don't believe there is a road that is flat. Except for the 10 west bound. And I tow either a boxed trailer with a SXS (1700 lbs+2000lbs for trailer) or a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback (2800 lbs+tow dolly 600lbs). I tend to change the oil every 6K. First oil change was from a Ford dealer using Ford oil (semi syn). Now I use a premium synthetic and a Ford filter.
