Based on that, I'd suggest turning the cold faucet on and just letting it run for a long time. For me it was the shower that did it. Maybe the faucet furthest from the pump? Anyway, I'm thinking just short on/off cycles don't give the air a chance to work out....
Maybe not it....but maybe worth a try. Worked for me.
