We purchased a used 2016 38RSSA last fall. The original owner also had the front jacks replaced at Lippert under warranty. They installed the 14K Lb jacks, but had to re-engineer the mounting brackets on the frame. Because of this, our front jacks no longer have the 5 degree outward angle. Did they eliminate the angle on your new jacks as well? So far, we love the DRV.
