Yesterday I ran my awning out and it goes out fine. But pulling it back it starts working hard and slow coming it at first then picks up speed half way in. This is a new coach with the carefree awning. Another thing, I have to roll it out with the in switch and roll it up with the out. On our walk through at the dealer we notice it was wound backwards. The dealer played with it and got to roll up right. I played with it yesterday and couldn't get it to roll up right with the in switch. I'm afraid that if I play with it too much I'll go blind, like my mother told me.
