My new Challenger 37kt would cool for a bit then would continue to blow but not cold enough to drop to the temp setting. I took the ceiling cover and the plenum panel off to find that the insulated partition was laying flat instead of vertical. This separates the return air from the cold air in the plenum. I added light weight aluminum angles to support the insulation and keep it in place. Haven't had any further issues.
