Carefree Of Colorado (Carefree) is recalling certain Latitude awnings, styles GX and GW, manufactured August 7, 2014, to October 3, 2014. The mounting brackets of the affected awnings may crack, and the awnings may fall.
Looks like Carefree is doing the recall and it affects more than just Thor motor coaches.

Actually when you go to the NHTSA website and do a search there are two distinct recalls for the awnings. One recall is for the brackets (14E065000) and the other is for the bolts (14E078000). The recalls can be viewed at
