I searched online for information and found a manual on the Schwintec Bunk Lift. It explained how to put the bunk lift in electronic manual override using the Bunk Bed Controller. I followed the direction and was able to get the bed all the way up (both sides equal) and then lowered it (both side equal).
Please don't forget. It is so important to NOT release the raise/lower switch for at least 2 seconds after the bed stops moving, up or down. This helps realign and sync the motors on both side, and keep them that way. This is true for the slide motors, as well. I hold those switches for 4 or 5 second. (I have two slide-outs).
Thanks for the info!
