My Challenger is next to the house plugged into 50 AMP. I keep both fridges turned on and the AC set at 80 until we start getting ready to travel.
One point never mentioned on the forum is the effect the RV has on your home electric bill when you add running one or two additional AC units in the RV.
Also, if the coach will sit for a month or more between trips you need to remind yourself to go out and exercise the systems. In those cases, I go out about every three weeks to exercise the slides, leveling jacks and generator.
