You may want to give Thor a call at 877-855-2867. Have the last 8 of the VIN and they can look it up. Also, the Hurricane is subject to both awning recalls, the brackets and the bolts. Not sure if Thor can send you the bolts because the recall was issued by Carefree who is the manufacturer of the awning.
I will say that awning recalls are nothing to play with. My prior coach, a Forest River class C had a Dometic power awning which was under recall. The awning deployed while I was driving 55 MPH on Interstate 95. That was not a fun experience. At the time neither Dometic nor Forest River had any records of which coaches had the bad awning motors and they could not notify owners.
