I keep forgetting to reply to this. I am at some point going to try to get a minute to hit a truck scale for a weight on one of my upcoming trips. I doubt I'll be able to get a side to side weight, but I can get axle weights for sure.

We are taking the Jeep to an off-road park this weekend.
