Yeah, I had those same clearance lights.
I'd honestly be suprised if they did not have water in, given the design.
Mine had foam gasket material that would shrivel up from the heat and fail....only making the funnel design even worse.

The good thing is, I never had a fixture stop working
and, even though it looks like it should, no signs that they ever leaked inside the coach....and I have pulled mine off and looked....also later had that nose cone partially opened because of a roof leak, and no signs that anything came from those clearance lights.

Eventually, as part of getting my roof sprayed (rvroof.com) because of another leak issue, I had them replace the lights at the same time with some SEALED LED fixtures....that also get some condensation in them...ugh!
