I have had no issues with my rapid camp ever losing signal. I also took everything apart under the bed and made it so the receiving antenna was vertical. One small staple holds it in place. I did get Thor to send me the reprogramming instructions for the remote system. There are actually a lot of options in there, but they only have certain things wired in the receiving control (in my case, slides, awning, generator, light, and landing gear). I had to reprogram the landing gear because upon delivery it was not in there.

It never had once failed … and now that I say that, it will most likely fail on my next trip
