I'm thinking of buying Enterbound tape and sealing the top of the front and rear cap, skylight and both fan openings. After doing that I was thinking of using some sealant on the edges of the tape. Is Dicor Self-leveling Lap Sealant or DICOR EPDM RUBBER ROOF LAP SEALANT what I would use? Has anyone here done this?

rynosback, I did all this the first month we owned our trailer. That was about 1 1/2 years ago and it is still like the day I installed it. No need to seal the edges of the Eternabond tape. If I remember correctly I bought a 50' roll that was 4" wide and it did both front and rear caps. skylight and both fans and still had some extra.
