I'm thinking of buying Enterbound tape and sealing the top of the front and rear cap, skylight and both fan openings. After doing that I was thinking of using some sealant on the edges of the tape. I did that exact thing last year. Six inch wide Eternabond and self leveling Dicor. Gives peace of mind and would do it again.
