was he referring to 'dropping' the air bags? that's the only thing I know of on any diesel platform...

usually a lever is located near your left knee on the outside wall in the driver area with the labels 'Auto' and 'Lower' or something similar. When in park, you can 'Lower' the air bags, which lowers the coach several inches.
whether you keep the lever in 'Lower' or not, when you put the coach in gear it will automatically air-up the bags for driving, but will automatically deflate them again the next time you park.... 'Auto' means that the air bags are always inflated, unless you move the lever to manually let them out, such as when Leveling.

We also manually deflate the bags when Leveling, this keeps the coach lower to the ground, and the legs have less travel to level.
