Assuming Schwintek system:
First find the controller - it is likely under the bed...
See if there are any error lights flashing... Insure all connections are solid.
You should be able to measure 12v at the motor connections - and when the switch is depressed - 12v on either the RETract or EXTend pins... (Don't assume they are wired correctly - check both...)
If motor voltage - but no voltage on RET/EXT - be sure ignition is off... Otherwise jump 12v from any nearby light to the RET pin - see if it rolls in... Try the EXT pin if not (mine was backwards...)
(Doesn't draw any real current on the EXT/RET pins - just signals which way to move the slide...)
All else fails - disconnect the motors from the controller - Borrow a few friends - and PUSH from the outside... Bedroom slide should be doable... Larger ones are a bear... Once in - reconnect motors to controller to keep it in!
Good luck - let us know what you find...
