I also have a 2015 Challenger. When you pull the drawer completely out, you will see little plastic tabs/levers on the end of each slide rail. Move either the left side up and right side down, or vise versa, while pulling the drawer forward and the drawer will come completely off the rail. Works with all the ball bearing glide drawer rails in the Challenger.
