The door latch on my 2015 Citation Sprinter will not open. I've removed inner latch cover but still no success opening it.
After I get the door open and the latch replaced I will file a report at
https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/. I encourage anyone who's had a similar issue to do likewise. Reading other posts here this is apparently a known issue, like the electric stairs flaw, across several Thor models and not being addressed by Thor MH. Imagine waking to a fire in the vehicle and not being able to get out save the driver and pax doors. Panic rules.
That is absolutely unacceptable.
