Some of the items are pretty minor
But some of them make you wonder what their PDI involved?
Two top choices right now:
1. It's a Toyhauler, so the back opens up. They had it open for the delivery, yet they seem to have missed the fact that one of the ramp handles had a bolt missing!
2. The driver and passenger seats are supposed to swivel inward to face the living area. They don't!
On a whim: I tried swiveling them outward... BINGO! They put the wrong seat mounting hardware under each side!
How could they miss this easy stuff?

That's what bothers me the most. I can deal with manufacturer making mistakes, stuff happens, but missing those mistakes during the PDI to me is inexcusable. AND especially after what the dealers charge for the pre delivery inspection.
I was a Harley tech most of my life and if I delivered a bike with issues to a customer my employer would have told
me to find a different career. The dealer is the link between the customer and the manufacturer and I feel can make or break that relationship.
