We're new to this and have a 2013 Ace 27.1. We had a problem with the batteries when we first purchased and it turned out to be the master switch had flipped. I don't understand all this battery lingo yet so thought I'd throw it out there to look for the master switch. I can take a photo if needed (it doesn't look like a switch at all) and ours is located in the battery bay.
