I don't know exactly, because I didn't get an update between 8/9 and 8/29. I was trying not to bug her every week.
On the 9th, she told me it was due to come off the manufacturing line on the 21st and would go to paint/finish. I checked back with her on the 29th, and she said that it had been released to transportation on the 28th.
What I don't know is whether it actually finished manufacturing and went to finish on the 21st or before or after. If it actually went on the 21st, then it was a week, but that's purely a guess at this point, but I would say probably about right.
Also, since mine is an ACE, there is little or no paint (assuming the bumpers are pre-painted), and it would just be decals and any other painting. Units with actual paint would likely take longer.
What was excruciating was the length of time in transportation waiting for a driver. It was released to transportation on the 28th and got to Texas late on the 14th, two and a half weeks later.
