I got everything reinstalled today using much better poplar wood and screws instead of staples into cheap particle boards. I also purchased new heavy duty push latches like big Ben suggested, my wife says it opens much harder than before so hopefully that will solve the problem. In the meantime I want to get one of these type latches pictured. Does anyone know what you call them or where I could get them.
