I had gotten some plastc fittings from someplace and I think it was RV Surplus in Elkhart that were expandable. You could drill a hole the right size, insert the fitting and tighten the nut to squeeze the rubber seal for doing blind holes when you cant get inside the tank. If I could find these again in a larger size they would be perfect for adding a fast drain to the fresh water tank. I had Terry 5th wheel that had like a 1-1/4" drain line to the tank, you could empty it in a hurry!
