Our wall slide cables recently broke. We took it in to a repair facility for repairs and after a month we got it back. We took it to our campsite and began re-setting up our coach. Upon putting out the wall slide it made a cracking, crunching and popping sound and then failed to retract. After several tries to retract the slide, we were able to get it back in. The funny thing is that when we pressed the retract button the slide extended about four inches and the retracted. Once we got it in, we returned to the service center. After paying $1,800 for the first service invoice, we are not "Happy Campers"!!! Has anyone had a similar problem and if so, what were the fixes made!
