The shades and the vent pillows all help, but if your AC capacity is not adequate, nothing but additional AC capacity solves the problem. Don't misunderstand me, I use sun screen shades on the front and cab windows, and they most certainly do keep some heat out. I used shades and vent pillows in the former DP, and with the two AC's could keep the inside livable, though even the two AC's struggled once the temps got past the mid-90's. Will be interesting to see how two AC's same capacity as I had in a 41 foot DP, will do in the Gemini with so much less air space inside.
