I added 12v fans (like the windshield mounted ones) in kitchen and bedroom for circulating air when boondocking...
And changed all light bulbs to LED (except basement... Though I certainly can do those too but they are rarely on.)

The combination works well. Less heat from lights, and moving air.

I'm sure in some climates it won't be enough, but has worked well for us.
