I can hammer it down and get right up to 75 but when it hits 75 with or without cruise I can clearly hear the engine rpm's drop off. The reason I mentioned down hill as the momentum carries it past 75. I was basically looking for a confirmation here that there is a speed limiting device of some sort. Not quite as simple as I thought.
