What problem are you having? The recall is a joke anyway. They are only covering the nut that holds the wiper arms on. My wipers broke but it wasn't the nut that came loose so I had it repaired under extended warranty with a $200 deductible. There are other threads on here that have pics if you want to check the nuts yourself.
