Or Thor could agree to pay for it...
Typical when you have multiple warranties - to have to work between companies. Not just Ford and Thor - but every appliance has its own as well.
Didn't see what year your rig was - so don't know if your Thor warranty is expired or not (Thor is one year - Ford chassis is 3/36).
Unless you get to a point where no one will pay, just keep pressing.
