Condolences. I have the same unit.
Please get a thorough pre delivery inspection and pay attention and participate in the inspection. Extend and retract the slides multiple times. Listen for any grinding noises, particularly in the kitchen slide. Does it move in and out freely and evenly. If there is any indication of grinding or binding don't take the "that's just normal" from the Tech. Oh by the way, a salesman sells and often knows nothing about the unit and how it operates so hopefully you have a technician do the walk through.
Moving right along, have them show you how to sync the slides, show you where the controllers are located and how to do an override. Extend and retract the awning and have them demonstrate how you can manually retract it when it fails.
It was probably shipped with a water filter cartridge and a wrench. It just doesn't have a water filter. Go figure.
Your low point drains are located under the shower pan and are accessed by removing the small panel on the side and bottom of the shower in the bathroom.
Check your tank heaters from underneath the coach. They are loosely installed and often drop down, requiring a roll or two of Gorilla Tape. Also, you have a second black dump valve on the curb side behind the door in front of the rear wheel. It's not marked and the tech will probably skip over it.
These are a few things that come to mind. Good luck. We love ours.
