I just bought a new 2018 Freedom Elite 29FE and someone at the factory must have read your complaint about the water pump being located under the jackknife sofa. They didn't put it under mine. The problem is, I can't seem to figure out where they put it. I spent a couple of hours Saturday searching for it and never could find it. I think I took out every screw and every panel in the coach with no luck. Finally gave up and just blew out the lines and thought I'd ask here. Does anyone have any idea where they put it?
