In my 2017 Hurricane 35M it is not too difficult to access the back of the water heater (once you remove the panel underneath the ledge below the window). With regard to the ice maker, there is a water shutoff valve for the ice maker water line behind the removable panel below the refrigerator. I suspect that the water valve is turned off. Hope this helps.
