I need to replace my house batteries and while reading the factory manual, I came across a section stating that my coach uses two 6 volt house batteries, however my coach came with two 12 volt house batteries. What should I make of this?

Most Thor manuals seem to be rather generic so I wouldn’t be much concerned that your particular coach has different batteries. Two 12V batteries are pretty common and work fine. If you’ve been happy with them so far it’ll be easiest to replace them with two similar batteries. The wiring is different for 6V batteries. Not really hard to change it but really no reason to do so.
