2017 Windsport weight
I have a 31s and am wondering if anyone has this model and have you had it weighed. I ordered a GPS and want to input the coaches weight. I know there are a lot of weight variables so a ballpark number would help.

I recommend weighing your coach, for reasons much more vital than inputting to a GPS.
At least obtain front vs rear axle weights, and if possible, 4 corner weights.

I intend in doing just that but right now I don't have the resources for getting it weighed. Just want a fair assessment for now.

Thanks Jerry. I was thinking of using that number but saw the Gross Combined Weight Rating is 23000lbs. Guess I'm confused on which number would be the closest to the weight of the coach.

18000 is your max rv weight. 23000 is max weight when towing. So if you tow use 23000

The weight should be on the sticker by the drivers seat along with recommended tire pressures.

I have weighed my 31S several times when on the road. It is always about 11,500 lbs on rear and 6,300 lbs on the front; full of fuel, water and traveling stuff. I have been running tire pressures of 82 psi front and 92 psi in the rear. I tried running 82 psi (set with ambient of 74 F ambient) in the rear but the TPMS showed a 20 psi gain in the rear as compared to 14 psi gain in the rear on a 95 degree day. Raising the rear tire pressures to 92 psi lowered the rear tire gain to 15 psi.

So if my math is right a coach with a 18000 chassis weighs close to that number when built.

Label says 7000lbs front and 12000lbs rear. All this weight stuff gets confusing. I think if I go with 18000 lbs I should be ok. Thanks everyone.

The 7000/12000 is the max weight for the axles.
Just call thor in the morning and ask them what the build weight was at the factory. I believe mine was 15800. So you get 2000lbs plus for all your needed things and toys.
But again for your gps its 18000.
Now go load it up with gas food water clothes toys everything you would bring on a trip and go tge a weigh station to make sure your weight on the axles are ok.
Idealy you want 40% front axle 60% rear axle this will give you the best ride.
