2018 Thor 37KT Control Panel

Hi Everyone
Well had to load up to move RV for propane ( heat ) no delivery where we are
and of course the Control Panel will not get past confirm bed is up to bring slides in - breakers all reset no fuse issues power on and off

Of course warranty people not answering on a Sat- I have to wait till Monday but thought maybe someone might know an answer - 95% of functions on control panel are working just 1 or 2 are not - all was ok for course 3 weeks ago when we got to the RV park - cold weather ??

Not sure what's causing your problem, can you use the fireplace and/or small heaters to supplement heat?

Yes everyything else is working - going to call Thor tomorrow
maybe the panel went bad - hope not then I have to wait for the slow process of getting a part Thanks

Thor is baffled - waiting for them to call me back - to see what next step is
under warranty - they should send send one to me - it probably is the control panel
but of course they want to eliminate all the other steps first

So after talking to everyone dealer Thor - RV Tech with my extended warranty
Noone could figure out how to get to the slide screen on panel it was frozen
I decided to use my Computer Degree and Took power and battery off completely waited a few min and powered up and put batteries back on
and IT WORKED When in doubt REBOOT the RV

Merry Christmas !!! Saved myself hundereds on trying to get a remote RV tech to me
