Fault

My 2022 thor 35m is showing a fault in the back bath and it doesn’t want to reset? It said to push 2 buttons at once but it did not reset

If this is a gfi. You may need to replace it.

You only push the RESET button to reset it. The other button is a TEST button and trips it.

It’s not a gfi they want you to push any 2 buttons on the control panel at once

Showing a fault on what? Not enough info.

Yep! If the assumption that you were referring to a GFCI receptacle is invalid then we don't know what you are talking about.

What's showing a fault (it's not the "MH")?
What kind of fault is it?

Do you have firefly and if yes, is fault on control panel?

Post a pic of fault if true

If it says there is a fault, did you find and remedy it?? Only then should the panel reset, no? Does the back bath have a wireless remote that the control is not communicating with/dead battery?

No solution for the OP but let this be a warning to all potential purchasers. RVs do not need an operating system and wireless control panels. What they need are manufacturers to spend a little more time on quality assurance efforts.

Thank you for the unsolicited opinion that in no way shape or form assists the OP in solving their problem.

It does have a keypad in bath, you think the day I pick it up battery goes bad, I assume there is a battery in each control pad?

The question is: Is it a replaceable battery or rechargeable battery?

Sidenote is that many new mid-level RVs are moving away from the multiplex/wireless touch panels and reverting back to less fancy, but more sensible and reliable, analog push button switches and controls. Although most work well (for now), a lot of people are stuck with an inoperable experimental switch control system that's out of warranty.

Here's hoping the OP isn't in this unfortunate group...

That is a fact!

The LCI switches, aka control pads have a single coin cell style battery which will last for a year or two if lucky. How long between installation and your purchase is included in that time.

Helps to read or download and read the instructions for installed equipment.
